Returns & Exchange Policy

We keep it really simple. We offer a 30-Day “No-hassle Exchange & Return” policy.

If you are not satisfied with the model you have selected, you can exchange or return it for a full refund within 30-days of receiving your purchase.

• Products being exchanged or returned to us must be in their original condition.

Policy on Returned & Exchanged items:

• Product is in its original condition.

• Product has not been modified.

• Product has not been re-sized.

All of the Deluxe Dogs chain models have a robust link chain design that cannot easily be resized by a jeweller.

Any modifications to the purchased product (i.e. link removal, link modification, dog clasp removal, dog clasp modification, etc) can and will void our warranty.

• All collars are designed specifically for large breed dogs.
• Although, a professional jeweller may be capable of modifying the dog collar purchased from us, we do not recommend it. Should you wish to take this route, we must advise you that returning, exchanging, warranty & support will be voided and your purchase would be considered final.
